Charlottesville, Virginia - Skyline Information Systems, Inc. announces the successful implementation of a 46 seat Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution at one of the leading Mechanical and Electrical Contractors in the state of Virginia.

The original review and functional fit process was performed over a number of months based on a customer service and sales initiative within the firm. This internal review covered existing customer related processes and was developed as a blueprint to achieve a 360 degree view of its customers and prospects. The Skyline team was provided with this report and used it as the focal point for an initial Dynamics CRM fit and function assessment. During the review process with key team members of both Skyline and the client, a series of presentations were performed delineating specific reviews of fit and process mapping. In the final analysis, the firm selected Microsoft Dynamics CRM for its user-interface, overall customization capabilities and integration with Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook and Excel.

The implementation process included installation, process reviews, and on-site training. Key tasks performed included a full ACT migration with modified conversion tables for additional notes. Additional functionality developed included an integration engine with their existing project based financial industry solution and a custom file attachment window that more closely followed their processes.

Since that time, the firm has rapidly grown to over 100 employees and just completed the final upgrade and implementation of a full BRL suite with 30 concurrent users. The firm designs, manufacturers, sells, and services high technology electronics for the aerospace industry.
